Kiah Ruth LLC provides life coaching, business coaching, consulting, strategic planning, digital products, educational materials, membership communities, and related offerings.
These services are not therapy, medical care, legal advice, financial advising, or counseling.
Coaching is a collaborative process focused on growth, awareness, and strategy.
You are solely responsible for your own decisions and actions.
All payments must be completed at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered and selected. You agree to pay all fees as they become due.
If you enroll in a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments.
Payment plans may not be canceled once started.
Failed or late payments may result in:
removal from programs,
suspension of access,
or referral to collections.
Due to the digital nature and personalized support involved in our offerings, all sales are final and non-refundable.
No exceptions.
If you are unsure whether a program or service is right for you, please email support before purchasing.
Subscriptions (such as the Momentum Hub) automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
You may cancel at any time inside your Simplero account.
Past charges will not be refunded.
All coaching, consulting, and intensive sessions must be scheduled using the provided scheduling link unless otherwise stated.
You may reschedule a session at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Missed sessions or late cancellations are forfeited and will not be rescheduled or refunded.
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time.
By purchasing, you agree to:
show up on time and prepared
complete any required forms or materials
participate actively in your growth and development
take responsibility for your results
use your access respectfully and ethically
You agree NOT to use the content for public teaching, resale, copying, distribution, or sharing with others outside your purchase.
All content, materials, templates, worksheets, systems, processes, and trainings are owned by Kiah Ruth LLC and are protected by copyright.
You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, share, or claim ownership of any materials.
Your purchase includes a single-person license for personal and business use only.
Information shared by the client during sessions or inside private communities is treated as confidential, unless:
you give clear written permission
disclosure is required by law
there is risk of harm to yourself or others
Clients are also expected to keep any shared or sensitive information within programs confidential.
Access to digital products and memberships is delivered through Simplero.
We are not responsible for downtime, outages, or technical interruptions caused by third-party platforms.
“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the program itself, not your personal lifetime. If a program is retired, replaced, or discontinued, access may end.
Support is provided via email or the platform’s messaging system within reasonable business hours.
You understand that results vary based on your effort, consistency, capacity, and business decisions.
We do not guarantee:
financial results
specific outcomes
increased revenue
business success
client acquisition
emotional or spiritual transformation
All decisions and results are your own responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiah Ruth LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from:
your participation in any program
your decisions based on coaching
your use of any materials
implementation of business strategies
or any outcomes related to your personal or business life
Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the services.
Inside the Momentum Hub or any group space, you agree to:
be respectful
avoid harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior
protect others' privacy
show up with integrity
Violation may result in removal from the community without refund.
We reserve the right to terminate access to any service, membership, or program if:
payments fail
terms are violated
behavior is harmful or disruptive
illegal activity is suspected
No refunds will be issued.
Terms may be updated as needed. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
